On May 8th PIU held its 2011 Baccalaureate Service at Onnuri Church in Mangilao. We have 17 graduates most of whom participated in the ceremony. It turned out to be a beautiful service and our salutatorian did a great job with her speech (see video of Joyce's speech attached here if you haven't already seen the Facebook version) even though we were a little late getting there because our car battery was drained and would not start. We also enjoyed our keynote speaker, Tony Beckham, as he exhorted us, from the story of the miracle of the multiplication of oil, to be responsible for our part in God's miracles. Here are a few pictures of the service...

We also honored Tim and Melody Plaxton. They will be ending their term at PIU at the end of July. We are thankful for their service here.
