At PIU we have chapels every Tuesday and Friday. Of course, we enjoy the opportunity to take an hour away from normal work and have time to fellowship and worship. I especially appreciate that we also get to hear from very good music from PIU students and staff. We get to hear everything from hymns, to island music, to rock ‘n roll and rap and usually done pretty well. Within the last week we had two very different, but both very good, music styles in chapels. And the speakers, Tom van Engen (left) from Faith Church and some other guy were okay too.
We had a little rock and roll going last week.
Yesterday we had some very melodic island music, with dancing
And some prayer time as we prepare for Friday’s special Day of Prayer chapel
