Staff and Faculty Lead Chapels at PIU

SAMSUNG One of the great things about PIU is being able to hear what God doing in the lives of our faculty and staff. It is great to hear from our Bible faculty but we also enjoy hearing about God’s work in the lives of our staff and Liberal Arts faculty. Within the last week we have heard from Pete Jensen, our Dean of Men and Joey Charles, our English teacher and media coordinator. Both guys shared their personal testimonies with the chapel audience.

Pete talked about the parable of the sower and the “cost of following Christ”

Joey shared a very personal testimony about his struggle with being bullied and mislabeled as a kid, and how his relationship with Jesus helped him overcome what others said about him.

This was the weather we had to get through to make it to chapel. And it is dry season on Guam!
