Lasagna, Salad and a Side of Old Testament Theology

SAMSUNG              One custom I have tried to keep with my seminary classes is to have at least one class session per semester around my dinner table. SAMSUNG The atmosphere and kind of discussion generated is much more like what the seminary students will be seeing in their ministries than what they see in the classroom. So this last Wednesday night the summer 2012 Old Testament Theology class met over lasagna, salad, chocolate cake and coffee to for a wrap up discussion on Bruce Waltke’s Old Testament Theology. We have been working our way through the book for a couple months now and this was our summarizing and concluding discussion before the students present their papers on Waltke next week. We always invite student spouses and interested guests to be part of the discussion too. We always have a fun time with this. Mike and Samantha joined us for the discussion.
