Whenever someone visits us from the mainland they get the “extra special island tour.” So, the Hartts had not even been on Guam for a full day yet, and we headed out for a tour around the southern end of the island. All they could talk about was how beautiful the island of Guam is. Hopefully, you can see that in these pictures of the tour.
First stop was Latte Stone Park in Agana
And then up to Fort Apugan to see the view of Agana Bay
We took a side trip to Jesse’s apartment to see where he and Jonie would be living in Agana Heights. These pictures are of the view from his front door.
We then headed up to the sports’ complex at Leo Palace
Then went south to the landing beach in Agat
We took our traditional picture overlooking Ceti Bay. If you come visit us we will take your picture right here too.
The tour has to stop at Magellan’s landing spot in Umatac
Left is a close-up of the crest on the cannon
We did a little swimming at the Merizo pier
Shelley tried to play with the carabao
We did some swimming at the Inarajan pools
A beautiful spot – but we also got to find out what the insides of a sea cucumber look like (we didn’t open it up, honest)
