Joyce and I were part of the group that ran the Bible around the Northern end of the island. The other Bible Run group handled the Southern end of the island. They actually 38 of the 74 miles around the perimeter of the island. One runner (right), in training for a triathlon, ran the whole 38 miles of the Southern route. I gave some words of encouragement and then Pastor Arnold opened in prayer
And they were off!
The lead and follow cars got each group ready
The PIU Southern team provided some extra runners and all the groups made sure that each mile was covered with prayer.
They ran past some beautiful spots including the bridge in Umatac and the Agat Boat Harbor
The PIU kids and Mo got in their mile
Several Southern churches participated
The PIU team kept things moving
Life in the Son and Agana Heights Baptist brought the Bible in to Agana on Marine Drive
Then into Tamuning and toward Tumon to meet up at Ypao
