It was also fun this weekend to see several PIU alumni. After the church service at Berea a few of them posed with me. It was an encouragement to hear what they are doing. Much later that night (my flight back to Guam was from 3-4.30 AM) I was joined on the flight to Guam by several new and returning students.
The congregational singing and music presentations were also amazing.
Another blessing was having a great place to stay on Chuuk. Bill and Kiki Stinnette, the owners of Truk Stop Hotel are on the PIU advisory board and have been good friends of the school for a long time. From the pictures you can see that I ate well there. The rooms are nice and the food is excellent. One can just sit in the restaurant there and eventually you will see pretty much everyone.
