I have not posted in a while to update Mike and Sam’s house renovation. 
The house is not quite done yet (in fact Joyce is over there working on it as I write) but Mike and Sam have moved back in. The kitchen sink is not in yet, so they are washing their dishes in the bathroom sink. JR Vigil was working on the house with us before the car accident, coordinating the project along with Joyce so not a lot has been done since then until today. Pictured here is the contractor with Joyce. We have been really pleased with the quality of his work. He was very generous to even lend us his tools for the do-it-yourself parts. He even showed Joyce how to cut tile. 
Joyce and Ertin tile the kids’ bedroom. Just wait until you see the finished bedrooms. They are colorful!

The cabinets are stored in the living room waiting. 
The bathroom sink and cabinet is installed as are the toilet and bathub/shower. 
The washer and dryer are back in and ready to go.
