We had two good chapels last week. Tuesday’s chapel featured Rob Watt (left), former PIU Director of Student Life. As I shared in my prayer requests a couple weeks ago, Rob and Leyla had to leave Guam and move to Houston, Texas so insure a more safe pregnancy for the upcoming birth of their daughter. Rob is here now packing out his house for the move. Rob spoke from Psalm 3 about having the “right kind of fear” and “avoiding the wrong kind of fear.” On Friday, pastor of Faith Church and PIU Field education teacher, Tom Van Engen (right) preached from Matthew 8 about the Savior to whom we owe full commitment.
The students worked hard to set up the classroom for chapel and the music was great
