On Monday the PIU family headed down to the Pacific Star Hotel to honor PIU student and 2015 Soroptimist International Marianas 
scholarship winner Darlicia Celis. Dar is in her senior year as a student at PIU and will graduate in May. We were thrilled to join with her family in celebrating this event with her.She joined five other local young women who received this scholarship. Dar gave a great speech and we are all very proud of her. Well done!
We had a little fun too!
